What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept Credi Card and PayPal payment only.
How do I know my online booking is confirmed?
Once you receive an e-ticket with your booking details and your reservation will be confirmed by the company via email.
What information do I have to provide for making reservation?
You have to provide the name and nationality for making a reservation.
Passengers who are traveling to Langkawi have to also provide full passport details. The Passenger must ensure that the passport is valid for a minimum of six months at the time of travel.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking when you travel with Seatran Discovery, Andaman Wave Master, Tigerline Ferry, Boonsiri and the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before departure time. For Bundhaya Speed Boat and Satun Pakbara Speed Boat with cancellation made at least 72 hours before departure time. The cancellation charge depends on the terms and conditions of the company.
Can I change departure time or date?
You can change the time or date at least 48 hours before departure time. Please note that change fees may apply.
It is possible to change the name?
Only when you travel with Tigerline Ferry it is possible to change the passenger name in at least 1 day before the departure date. Please note that change fees may apply.
How do I claim a cancellation refund?
You can claim it by yourself in the section My tickets (based on our cancellation policy ), or you can contact us via email, Facebook, a WhatsApp to request a cancellation oy your booking and processing a refund.
The administration fee for a refund is €10 per ticket.
What is the luggage allowance?
We recommend a maximum of 1 piece luggage and 1 handy bag not exceeding a total weight of 25kg.
