Once you receive the booking reference number of Batam Fast company your booking is confirmed.

When you receive an e-ticket with your booking details and your reservation will be confirmed by Limbongan Maju company via email.

Yes, it is possible to cancel your reservation. It will be charged 50% of the ticket far when cancellation is made at least 48 hours before departure time. It will be charged 100% of the ticket fare when cancellation is made less tahen 48 hours before departure time.

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to change the name. 

You can change the time or date at least 48 hours before departure time. It will be charged €5 administration fee for each amendment. 

You can claim it by yourself in the section My tickets (based on our cancellation policy ), or you can contact us via email, Facebook, a WhatsApp to request a cancellation oy your booking and processing a refund.

The administration fee for a refund is €10 per ticket.

If you travel with Batam Fast company children aged between 6 and 15 are Unaccompanied Minor and they will be required to fill out a form detailing the children's name, age, medical considerating.

No, there is no charge for passengers aged 2 years and below.

When you travel with Limbongan Maju: Pregnancy up to 27 weeks (inclusive) will be required the submission of a doctor’s medical certificate confirming the number of weeks of pregnancy and medical certificate confirming the number of weeks of pregnancy. Pregnancy between 28 weeks and above travel: not allowed.

When you travel with Batam Fast: Pregnancy up to 27 weeks (inclusive) will be accepted without a medical certificate. Pregnancy between 28 weeks and above will be required a doctor’s certificate confirming the number of weeks of pregnancy and that passenger is fit to travel. Certificate shall have been issued not more than seven (7) days before the scheduled departure date.

If you travel with Limbongan Maju each passenger is allowed to carry 1 hand-carried item, up to 10 kg and a laptop bag. Any baggage above will be charge SGD$1 per kg.

If you travel with Batan Fast each passenger is allowed to carry 1 hand-carried item up to 10 kg with dimension up to 55cmx40cmx20cm, 1 free 20 kg baggage with a total maximum limit for bags allowable for check-in not exceeding more than 3 pieces or 40 kg. Excess baggage will be charged SGD$1 per kg.

Odd Size item: SGD$10 per item up to 20 kg
